OCAM Srl selects personnel for the upgrading and renewal of company human resources to be included as employees.

We research young people who want to enhance their human capital by working in a cohesive, dynamic and autonomous group, based on the programs and objectives developed by the Board of Directors.

Evaluations for the selection of candidates usually take place through internal selection based on the following procedure:

  • Sending the curriculum vitae by filling in the enclosed form in the appropriate section
  • The selected candidates are summoned for the first interview and a possible second interview.
  • At the time of the interview the candidate must complete and subscribe the appropriate “Candidate Information Sheet” and receive:
    1. the information concerning the processing of personal data under to EU Regulation 2016/679
    2. copy of the Ethics Code
  • After the first two interviews, the candidate may be called for a third final evaluation interview, at the request of the CEO.

During the interviews the evaluators will take care of:

  • provide the candidate a vision of company framework;
  • describe the position sought;
  • evaluate the candidate’s adherence to the desired profile;
  • deepen the contents of the CV and other significant experiences.
